What Has It Meant To Work with AGM
It has been a joy and pleasure to work with AGM as a volunteer since 2023. The Lord has grown my faith and knowledge of his word and developed a heart for lost souls. John and Debbie Jackson have been wonderful mentors and have been there to guide us along the way. We are very excited to join and co-labor as AGM missionaries and continue our walk of faith with the Lord. It is amazing to see what the Lord can do through a once lost soul that is now surrendered to Christ.
Personal Testimony
My wife Kari was saved as a young child, but I was truly saved much later in life. In March of 2020, I truly cried out to Jesus to be my Savior. I was 42 years old and had lived a lifetime of sin. By the grace of God, after that sinful life I didn't want to live anymore, God remade me into a new creature. I was born again! I didn't understand what happened to me, so I started praying and reading my KJV Bible. Soon, I understood that I was saved by grace through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ and had been born into the family of God. I tried to tell everyone I knew, thinking that just my testimony alone would lead them to the same salvation. I soon found out that wasn't the case, so I started praying that the Lord would make me a soul winner. Not long after, the Lord brought John and Debbie Jackson, AGM missionaries, to my church. One Sunday, they got up and spoke about Amazing Grace Mission and how they presented the gospel at many marketplace and fair events. The Holy Spirit moved me to go and speak with them. Quickly, John and Debbie taught me how to work the booth at the fairs and rely on the Holy Spirit to lead people to the Lord.
We have a son, Liam, that travels and homeschools along with us as we attend events. Pray that we can live out our faith to honor the Lord, not only in our mission work, but in our daily home life as well. We pray we can show Liam, by example, to put the Lord first in all things as we step out in faith.
One of our favorite scriptures:
"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39
